1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JurassicHub Bot ("the Bot"). By interacting with or benefiting from the Bot's features within the official JurassicHub Discord community, you agree to these Terms.
2. Purpose of the Bot
The JurassicHub Bot is designed exclusively for use within the official JurassicHub Discord community.
Its features include, but are not limited to:
- Tracking gameplay statistics
- Displaying player leaderboards and rankings
- Processing gameplay events from JurassicHub's Path of Titans game servers
- Providing community-related information and utilities
The Bot is not intended for use outside of the JurassicHub community.
3. Eligibility
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to interact with the Bot.
Use of the Bot while violating Discord's policies or the JurassicHub community rules may result in loss of access to the Bot's features.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to exploit, interfere with, or disrupt the Bot's operation.
- Abuse, spam, or intentionally misuse slash commands.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot, its hosting infrastructure, or associated systems.
- Use the Bot in violation of applicable laws or Discord's Terms of Service.
5. Availability
The Bot is provided on an "as available" basis.
JurassicHub does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, or error-free operation. Features may be modified, temporarily unavailable, or permanently discontinued at any time without prior notice.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Bot is also governed by the JurassicHub Bot Privacy Policy, which explains what information is collected and how it is used.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JurassicHub, its staff, and the Bot Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Bot.
8. Termination
Access to the Bot or certain features may be restricted or revoked at any time for violations of these Terms, the JurassicHub community rules, or Discord's Terms of Service.
JurassicHub also reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Bot at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
JurassicHub may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Bot or applicable legal requirements.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication and will include a revised Effective Date.
